Terms and Conditions of the Get $50 promotion – Fall 2012 Edition: |

The Get $50 promotion is available to OneAccount, OneAccount Flex, and OneAccount Premier account holders who have not had recurring direct deposits to their account within the last 3 months ("you"). Recurring direct deposit is defined as having 3 consecutive months of qualifying deposits.
How to qualify to receive a $50 MasterCard gift card:
To qualify for the Get $50 promotion you must meet all the following requirements:

Register at the official promotional web page (http://www.myonemoney.com/get50) between July 17th, 2012 and October 31, 2012 ("the registration period") AND

You must make monthly qualifying deposits totaling $500 or more to your OneAccount, OneAccount Flex, or OneAccount Premier each month for at least 3 consecutive months between August 1, 2012 and December 31, 2012 ("promotional period"). Only deposits that are made via ACH on a recurring basis will qualify. Financial Aid refund deposits, Easy DepositSM, Easy DepositSM Mobile check capture, "Cash In" with MoneyPak® transfer, Peer to Peer transfer, mail-in deposits, ACH transfer and money transfer from a sponsor account are NOT qualified deposits. This promotion is subject to end at any time at the discretion of Higher One.

Have an open checking account in good standing during the month in which the gift card is awarded
If you qualify during any of the promotional periods below you will receive a $50 MasterCard® gift card mailed to your address on file with Higher One. The MasterCard® gift card will be mailed within 30 days of the first day of the Month Awarded in the below table. Only one $50 MasterCard® gift card will be awarded per customer.
